53. ARIZONA PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY TEMPORARY UTILITY EASEMENT FOR INTAKE TRANSFER RELEASE FACILITY Approve the granting of a non-exclusive temporary utility easement, without a public auction pursuant to A.R.S. 11-251 (9), to Arizona Public Service Company (APS), and its successors and assigns, in, upon, over, under, through and across the County’s property known as APN 105-17-003K, and AUTHORIZE the Chairman of the Board to execute all necessary documents approved by Counsel to grant such easement. This easement is necessary to provide temporary electric service to the County’s Intake Transfer Release (ITR) facility project. This easement will grant APS the right to construct, reconstruct, replace, repair, operate, and maintain electrical lines for the transmission and distribution of electricity (and for all other purposes connected therewith). It is anticipated that the easement will be replaced by a permanent utility easement within 90 days. (C-78-18-004-3-00)
