CITY OF PHOENIX REQUEST TO INSTALL PARKING RESTRICTION SIGNS PETITION Approve and authorize the chairman to sign a City of Phoenix Request To Install Parking Restriction Signs Petition to modify the current no parking signs from 6 PM to 6 AM to 2 AM to 6 AM, within the City of Phoenix right of way on Madison Street, 8th Avenue and 9th Avenue, adjacent to vacant county owned properties identified as APN 112-05-079A, 089A, 088A, 093B, 080B, 081B, 096B, 097B, 098B, and 090B. In order to modify the existing no parking signs, the petitioner is required to obtained the adjacent land owner’s signature. The agenda will authorize the chairman to sign the petition requesting modification to the existing no parking signs from 6 PM to 6 AM to 2 AM to 6 AM. (C-78-18-005-3-00)
