2. SALT RIVER PROJECT AGRICULTURAL IMPROVEMENT AND POWER DISTRICT GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR NORTH BLACK CANYON ADULT PROBATION OFFICE Approve and authorize the granting of Power Distribution Easement, without a public auction pursuant to A.R.S. 11-251 (9), in consideration of $10.00, to Salt River Agricultural Improvement and Power District (SRP), its successors and assigns for the distribution of electrical service (and for all other purposes connected therewith) in, upon, over, under across through and along the easement parcel, and authorize the Chairman of the Board to execute all necessary documents approved by Counsel to grant such easement. THIS ITEM REQUIRES THE UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF THE BOARD. This easement is necessary to provide electric service to the new addition currently under construction at the North Black Canyon Adult Probation office. (C-78-18-011-3-00)
