59. AGREEMENT WITH THE ROOSEVELT IRRIGATION DISTRICT FOR THE INTAKE TRANSFER RELEASE FACILITY Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the following documents between the Roosevelt Irrigation District (RID) and Maricopa County for the development of the Intake Transfer Release Facility: 1. Agreement to Construct, Operate and Maintain a Private Roadway Bridge and Utility Improvements Over and Under the Roosevelt Irrigation District Right of Way; and 2. Easement for a Private Roadway Bridge and Utility Improvements (RID as Grantor, Maricopa County as Grantee); and 3. Non-exclusive Ingress and Egress Easement, without a public auction pursuant to A.R.S. 11-251 (9), (Maricopa County as Grantor, RID as Grantee). The Agreement and Easements are needed for the development and construction of the County’s Intake Transfer Release (ITR) Facility project at the Durango Campus. The Intake Transfer Release Facility project is located in Supervisor District 5. (C-78-18-015-3-00)
