50. AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH SCI LUHRS PHX, LLC Approve and execute Amendment No. 3 to Lease Agreement L-7449 with SCI LUHRS PHX, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, located at 45 W. Jefferson Street, Suite 600, Phoenix, AZ 85003, consisting of approximately 3,239 square feet of office space. This Amendment No. 3 extends the term of the Lease for an additional sixty-five (65) months commencing March 16, 2024 and expiring August 15, 2029, unless terminated earlier as provided for in the Lease. County will have an option to renew the Lease for one (1) additional five (5) year term. Rent for months 1-5 is abated, provided however that if County defaults during the first eighteen (18) months of the Extension Term, Lessor may recover the Abated Rent. County will pay Lessor full-service gross rent, plus rental tax, in the amount of $28/sf for months 6-17, $28.84/sf for months 18-29, $29.71/sf for months 30-41, $30.60/sf for months 42-53 and $31.51/sf for months 54-65. This action takes place in Supervisory District 5. (C-78-19-010-3-03)
