56. NOTICE OF REVOCABLE NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT TERMINATION WITH THE UNITED FOOD BANK Approve early termination of Revocable Non-Exclusive License Agreement P-50336 (“Agreement”) between Maricopa County and The United Food Bank, Inc., an Arizona non-profit corporation, (“UFB”) located at 358 E. Javelina, Mesa and authorize the Director of Maricopa County Real Estate Department to give written notice to UFB for the termination. The license allows UFB to use a portion of the County-owned parking lot to park their contractor trucks, trailers, pool cars and staff vehicles. The United Food Bank will continue to sublease the County-owned warehouse space at 358 E. Javelina, Mesa. The Agreement expires October 9, 2022 unless terminated earlier as provided for in the Agreement. Due to construction of the Southeast Justice Center and the reconfiguration of the parking lots, the County is notifying United Food Bank that the Agreement will be terminated effective July 15, 2022. There is no termination fee. This licensed property is located in Supervisorial District 2. (C-78-20-003-L-02)
