50. SITE SPECIFIC SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR COMMUNICATION SITE Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute, a Site Specific Supplemental Agreement (SSSA) G-30222 with Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District (SRP) for the County’s development and operation of a wireless communications facility at Stewart Mountain Dam (located at Saguaro Lake); and authorize the Chairman to sign all other documents approved by legal counsel required as part of the SSSA for development and operation of a county wireless communication facility at the subject site. This item is located in Supervisor District 2. The subject Site Specific Supplemental Agreement allows the County to develop and operate a wireless communication facility at Stewart Mountain Dam. The Site Specific Supplemental Agreement allows Maricopa County the right to use the SRP fiber optic network and is needed in conjunction with the Land Use License which is addressed in a separate agenda item (C-78-20-011-3-00). Funding for the construction, installation and start-up of wireless communication equipment at the Stewart Mountain Dam is part of the Radio System Infrastructure Upgrade Project previously approved by the Board of Supervisors on June 5, 2013, under agenda C-73-13-077-7-00.
