99. CITY OF MESA SIDEWALK AND WATER LINE EASEMENTS Approve one (1) Sidewalk easement and two (2) Water Line easements for property located at the Southeast Regional Center (APN 139-49-001X), and all other required documents approved by legal counsel for granting the easements to the City of Mesa without public auction pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-251, for the development of the Southeast Justice Courts Center. The easements are necessary for the development of the Southeast Justice Courts Center to construct sidewalks and water service to the County’s property (APN 139-49-001X). This easement will grant City of Mesa the right to construct, reconstruct, replace, repair, operate, and maintain sidewalks and water lines on County property. This item is located in Supervisor District 1 THIS ACTION REQUIRES UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF THE BOARD . (C-78-21-005-X-00)
