68. NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT P-50355 WITH CONSTRUCTION REALITY CAPTURE, LLC (DBA MULTIVISTA) Approve and execute a new non-exclusive License Agreement P-50355 (Agreement) with Construction Reality Capture, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, doing business as Multivista (Licensee), for use of County property atop the 14th floor of the South Court Tower at 175 W. Madison Street, Phoenix, to set up, operate and maintain Licensee’s camera(s) and appurtenances to monitor construction of the light rail extension project. The term shall commence upon document execution by both parties and expire at the end of the 48th month thereafter (Term), unless terminated earlier pursuant to the terms of the Agreement. Licensee shall reimburse County for anticipated utility costs of $200.00 for the duration of the Term. The Term may be extended for one (1) additional term of six (6) months.
