PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND GRANT OF WATER, SEWER, AND TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENTS TO THE CITY OF PHOENIX FOR THE VALLEY METRO LIGHT RAIL EXPANSION Approve and execute a Purchase Agreement by and between Maricopa County as Seller, and the City of Phoenix (City) as Buyer, for the City’s purchase of: ( i ) two (2) non-exclusive Water Easements; (ii) one (1) non-exclusive Sewer Easement; and (iii) two (2) non-exclusive Temporary Construction Easements (TCE) to facilitate the Valley Metro Light Rail expansion in downtown Phoenix. This sale is being conducted without a public auction in accordance with ARS 11-251(9). This action takes place in Supervisory District 5 and REQUIRES UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF THE BOARD.
