59. PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND CONVEYANCE DOCUMENTS FOR SALE OF REAL PROPERTY AND IMPROVEMENTS Approve and execute a Purchase Agreement and Special Warranty Deed by and between Maricopa County as Seller, and NAKOMA GROUP, LLC, an Arizona Limited Liability Company, as Buyer, and authorize the Chairman to sign all other documents approved by legal counsel required to dispose of the property without further Board action. This is for the County’s disposition of parcel APN 108-11-057H which is located at 2656 North 37th Avenue, Phoenix. This action takes place in Supervisory District 5 Parcel APN 108-11-057H was declared excess on May 5, 2021 (C-78-21-066-X-00) by the Board of Supervisors. The parcel was purchased in 1989 for the Maricopa County Sherriff’s Office (MCSO) Data Center. The property is vacant and no longer being used by MCSO or for any Maricopa County purpose. The excess land is approximately 24,421 square feet (0.56 acres). The improvements are a single story 6,782 square foot building. Maricopa County held a public auction January 27, 2022. The winning bid for the parcel was $576,000. (C-78-22-063-X-00)
