99. QUITCLAIM DEED Approve and execute a Quitclaim Deed for the conveyance of real property and improvements, located at 5139 West Lamar Road, Glendale (APN 146-06-020). The real property is being conveyed from the City of Glendale, an Arizona municipal corporation, to the County. The conveyance fee is ten dollars ($10.00). The property is being acquired for Maricopa County Department of Public Health Administration clinical and administrative use and other public health purposes. In the event County ceases to use the property for public health purposes the property will revert to the City of Glendale. This action takes place in Supervisory District 4. (C-78-21-083-X-00)
