55. SPECIAL USE PERMIT WITH THE US DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE FOREST SERVICE Approve and execute a Special Use Permit (SUP) with US Department of Agriculture Forest Service, for operating and maintaining the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Aid Stations at Apache, Canyon, and, Saguaro Lakes, and adjacent to Bartlett Lake; operating and maintaining a multi-agency boat storage facility near Horseshoe Lake; operating and maintaining a first aid station, administrative site and boater information at Blue Point, and storage and fuel facility at Old Blue Point; use and maintenance of barns and corrals at Goldfield; as shown on the maps labeled as Appendices A through A.6; and authorized improvements and associated facilities further described in Appendix B hereby incorporated into this SUP; and authorize the Board of Supervisors to sign all other documents approved by legal counsel required as part of the SUP. The US Department of Agriculture Forest Service has waived the SUP land use fee. The SUP will expire on December 31, 2050. This item is in Supervisor District 2. (C-78-22-084-X-00)
