SALT RIVER PROJECT AGRICULTURE IMPROVEMENT AND POWER DISTRICT POWER DISTRIBUTION EASEMENT Approve and execute a non-exclusive power distribution easement, without a public auction pursuant to A.R.S. 11-251 (9), to Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power Distr ict (SRP) in, upon, over, under, through and across the County’s property identified as Lot 6 of Baseline Commerce Center Amended (Book 254, Page 37). This easement is required for electric service to the new East Valley Animal Care and Control building, located at 1920 South Lewis Street Mesa, Arizona. This easement will grant SRP the right to construct, reconstruct, replace, repair, operate, and maintain electrical lines for the transmission and distribution of electricity. This item affects Supervisory District 2 THIS ACTION REQUIRES UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF THE BOARD (C-78-22-109-X-00)
