AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY FOR FOOD AND VENDING SERVICE AT VARIOUS COUNTY FACILITIES Approve and execute the Grantor Agreement with Arizona Department of Economic Security Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA)/Business Enterprise Program (BEP) for Food and Vending Services at various County facilities. In accordance with the Terms of Agreement, Section 3.1 the Agreement is effective on the date of the last signature and shall remain in effect for five (5) years.
