78. IGA WITH THE FLOOD DISTRICT OF MARICOPA COUNTY TO UTILIZE DISTRICT PROPERTY FOR COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS Approve a master Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County (County) and the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District) to facilitate siting of communication systems. Under the terms of the Agreement, site- specific agreements may be negotiated under which the District may provide use of its property, and the County will reimburse the district any realized additional costs. This Agreement shall become effective as of the date it is executed by the Chairman of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the District, shall remain in full force and effect for a term of twenty (20) years unless canceled by either Party upon written notice at least six (6) months prior to the expiration of this Agreement.
