RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BOARD CHAIR TO EXECUTE CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENTS (Supervisory District No. 4) Approve and execute a Resolution authorizing the Chair to execute, upon approval by the Directors of the Facilities Management and Real Estate Departments, certain utility easements, necessary to advance the construction of the new West Valley Animal Care and Control shelter, without further Board action. Maricopa County, through the Facilities Management Department (FMD) is constructing a new Animal Care and Control facility at the southwest corner of Northern Avenue and New River Channel. This action takes place in Supervisory District 4. THIS ITEM REQUIRES THE UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF THE BOARD (C-78-26-024-X-00)
