91. COMMUNICATIONS FACILITY LICENSE AGREEMENT (Supervisorial District: 1) Approve and execute a Communications Facilities License Agreement and all other documents approved by legal counsel required to complete the transaction with Cox Communications Arizona, LLC d/b/a Cox Business, on behalf of Arizona Public Service Company (APS), for the installation, operation, maintenance, repair, and removal of telecommunications facilities for APS backup generators located at the Fourth Avenue Jail (201 South 4th Avenue), Phoenix, Arizona (APN 112-19-125). The agreement has an initial term of five years and will automatically renew for successive one-year terms while services are being provided to APS. There is no cost to the County.
