99. LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH MARISOL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION FOR AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINES Supervisorial District – Multiple Approve and execute a License Agreement with MariSol Federal Credit Union, and all other documents approved by legal counsel required to complete the transaction, for the continued installation, operation, servicing, maintenance, repair, replacement, and removal of automatic teller machines (ATMs) at eight Maricopa County facilities located in Phoenix, Mesa, Surprise, Avondale, and Chandler. The License commences on July 1, 2026, and continues through June 30, 2031, with the option to extend for one additional five-year term by mutual written consent of the parties and may be terminated by either party upon thirty days’ written notice.
