IGA WITH CITY OF MESA FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SHELTER SERVICES Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA), between Maricopa County Animal Care & Control and the City of Mesa , for Animal Control Shelter Services. This IGA is effective from July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009. The City of Mesa agrees to pay full cost recovery for basic shelter services, plus additional costs incurred as a result of court holds, feral cats, animal species other than dogs and cats for FY 2008-09 estimated to be $71,357.06 based on fees approved by the Board of Supervisors on November 2, 2005 (C-79-06-024-7-00) and historical levels of service for this jurisdiction. IGA WITH SAN LUCY DISTRICT OF THE TOHONO O'ODHAM NATION FOR ANIMAL SHELTER SERVICES Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County Animal Care & Control and the San Lucy District of the Tohono O’odham Nation for Animal Control Shelter Services. This IGA is effective from June 1, 2009 through June 30, 2012. The San Lucy District of the Tohono O’odham Nation agrees to pay full cost recovery for shelter services for fourth quarter FY 2008-09 estimated to be $374 and $4,491 for FY 2009-10 based on fees approved by the Board of Supervisors on November 2, 2005 (C-79-06-024-7-00) and historical levels of service for this jurisdiction. This IGA is effective from April 1, 2009 through June 30, 2012. The Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation agrees to pay full cost recovery for shelter services for fourth quarter Fiscal Year 2008-2009 estimated to be $11,126.75 and $44,507 for Fiscal Year 2009-2010 based on fees approved by the Board of Supervisors on November 2, 2005 (C-79-06-024-7-00) and historical levels of service for this jurisdiction.
