30. AGREEMENT WITH NEW HOPE CATTLE DOGS RESCUE & REHOMING, INC. FOR NEW HOPE PROGRAM Approve an Agreement between Shannon Stevens, d.b.a. New Hope Cattle Dogs, Rescue & Rehoming, Inc., 6031 E. River Run Drive, Cottonwood, AZ 85326, and Maricopa County to allow New Hope Cattle Dogs, Rescue & Rehoming, Inc. under the New Hope Program to rescue animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag and new owner transfer fee within the first year of rescue for each dog three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is $40 for each animal rescued. Animal Care & Control estimates 10 new hope rescues over the term of the agreement, for a total of $400. The term of this agreement is from October 1, 2008 through June 30, 2011. (C-79-09-027-3-00)
