1. 2008 HEMMY AWARD Presentation regarding the 2008 Hemmy Award presented by the Arizona Public Health Association to Maricopa County Animal Care and Control September 17, 2008 for their public education novelette “My Friend Toby – Dog Bites / Mi Amigo Toby – Mordidas de Perros”. In addition, Maricopa County Animal Care and Control requests the Board of Supervisors recognize SCF Arizona of Phoenix, AZ for their printing of the novelettes at no cost for distribution to school age children and public events.
