32. RESOLUTION FOR VOLUNTEER PROGRAM Approve by Resolution the Maricopa County Animal Care and Control (MCACC) Volunteer Program. Also, approve extending Self Insured Trust worker’s compensation insurance coverage for the volunteers in the Maricopa County Animal Care and Control (MCACC) Volunteer Program to be effective upon Board approval. The County Self Insured Trust Declaration (section I.G.7), defines an "employee" covered by the Trust to include volunteers under the direction and control of County Employees if the program is authorized by Board of Supervisor resolution.
