33. DONATIONS Accept the monetary donations from Early Warning Services, LLC of Scottsdale , AZ in the amount of $500, PETCO Foundation of San Diego , CA in the amount of $913, and from Jeffery Varrica of Mesa , AZ in the amount of $300 for the care of the animals. Donations total $1,713. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund (573) as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-09-039-D-00)
