27. ADDITION TO THE FLEET - MOBILE ADOPTION AND VACCINATION VEHICLE Approve an exemption from the capital freeze to purchase a mobile adoption and vaccination vehicle. And approve the addition of one Animal Care and Control mobile Adoption and Vaccination Vehicle to the Maricopa County fleet. Maddie’s Fund has provided donations for the purchase of another adoption vehicle. This action will authorize the use of Animal Care and Control Donation Fund Balance (Dept 790 Fund 573) to pay for these one-time expenditures. Annual operating expenses are expected to be $7,500 and will be paid for out of the License/Shelter Fund (Dept 790 Fund 572). (C-79-10-011-2-00)
