39. DONATION RECEIVED FROM PETCO FOUNDATION Accept a monetary donation from PETCO Foundation of San Diego, CA in the amount of $1,067 to benefit pet sterilization of public owned pets through the Maricopa County Spay/Neuter Assistance Program. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund (573) as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-10-041-D-00)
