54. DONATIONS FOR THE CARE OF THE ANIMALS Accept monetary donations from Kevin Kreitman of Scottsdale, AZ in the amount of $500, and from an anonymous donor in the amount of $865.79 for the care of the animals. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund (573) as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-10-063-D-00)
