25. DONATIONS FROM VARIOUS INDIVIDUALS Accept monetary donations from James Talbott of Gilbert, AZ in the amount of $500, Drusilla Wylie of Mesa, AZ in the amount of $1,000, Darryl Toupkin of Scottsdale, AZ in the amount of $1,880; and, from Deanna Hixson of Mesa, AZ in the amount of $2,000, for the care of the animals. A total of $5,380 in monetary donations was received. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund (573) as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-10-068-D-00)
