26. DONATIONS FOR THE CARE OF THE ANIMALS Accept monetary donations from Jennie Hyland of Peoria, AZ in the amount of $500, Estelle Schoneberger of Chandler, AZ in the amount of $400, and from David Bley of Phoenix, AZ in the amount of $250, for the care of the animals. A total of $1,150 in monetary donations was received. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund (573) as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-10-069-D-00)
