29. AGREEMENT WITH AJ'S BEST FRIENDS & ALL BREED CAT RESCUE, INC FOR NEW HOPE PROGRAM Approve an Agreement between AJ’s Best Friends & All Breed Cat Rescue, Inc., a 501 (C) 3 corporation, 835 W. Warner Road, Suite 101, Gilbert, AZ 85233, and Maricopa County to allow AJ’s Best Friends & All Breed Cat Rescue, Inc. under the New Hope Program to rescue animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, within the first year of rescue for each cat at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is $20 for each animal rescued. Animal Care & Control estimates 70 new hope rescues over the term of the agreement, for a total of $1,400. The term of this Agreement is from February 21, 2010 through June 30, 2013.
