25. AGREEMENT WITH KIT KAT RESCUE FOR NEW HOPE AGREEMENT Approve an Agreement between Kit Kat Rescue, a 501 (C) 3 non-profit corporation, P O Box 2006, Chandler, AZ 85244-2006, and Maricopa County to allow Kit Kat Rescue under the New Hope Program to rescue animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, within the first year of rescue for each cat at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is $20 for each animal rescued. Animal Care & Control estimates 72 new hope rescues over the term of the agreement, for a total of $1,440. The term of this Agreement is from July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2013. (C-79-10-109-3-00)
