50. OUTREACH LICENSE SALES AGREEMENT WITH THE ARIZONA HUMANE SOCIETY Approve an Agreement between the Arizona Humane Society, a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Arizona, 1521 W. Dobbins Road, Phoenix, AZ 85041, and Maricopa County to allow the Arizona Humane Society (AHS) to sell Maricopa County dog licenses to clients requesting to purchase dog licenses and to collect monies on behalf of Maricopa County for the dog licenses sold. Monies collected will be submitted on a monthly basis to Maricopa County Animal Care and Control along with agreed upon records. The term of the Agreement is from July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2013.
