49. AGREEMENT WITH SAGUARO STATE BULL TERRIER CLUB FOR NEW HOPE PROGRAM Approve an Agreement between Kristine Wulf, d.b.a. Saguaro State Bull Terrier Club, 4039 E. San Miguel, Phoenix, AZ 85018, and Maricopa County to allow Saguaro State Bull Terrier Club under the New Hope Program to rescue animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag and new owner transfer fee within the first year of rescue for each dog three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is $40 for each animal rescued. Animal Care & Control estimates 12 new hope rescues over the term of the agreement, for a total of $480. The term of this Agreement is from May 12, 2010 through June 30, 2011. (C-79-10-124-3-00)
