28. IGA WITH THE CITY OF CHANDLER FOR ANIMAL ENFORCEMENT SERVICES Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA), between Maricopa County through Maricopa County Animal Care & Control and the City of Chandler, for Animal Control Field Services. This IGA is effective from July 1, 2010, through June 30, 2013. The City of Chandler agrees to pay full cost recovery for field services for Fiscal Year 2010-11 estimated to be $184,000 based on historical levels of service for this jurisdiction.
