54. IGA WITH THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS FOR ANIMAL CONTROL FIELD SERVICES Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County through Maricopa County Animal Care & Control and the Town of Fountain Hills, for Animal Control Field Services. This IGA is effective from July 1, 2010, through June 30, 2013. The Town of Fountain Hills agrees to pay full cost recovery for field services for Fiscal Year 2010-2013 estimated to be $19,463.85 based on historical levels of service for this jurisdiction.
