57. IGA WITH THE CITY OF TEMPE FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County through Maricopa County Animal Care & Control and the City of Tempe, for Animal Control Field Services. This IGA is effective from July 1, 2010, through June 30, 2013. The City of Tempe agrees to pay full cost recovery for field services for Fiscal Year 2010-11 estimated to be $190,051 based on historical levels of service for this jurisdiction. Also, authorize the Office of Management and Budget to adjust the revenue and expenditures for FY2011-2012 and FY2012-2013, based on service levels. (C-79-10-143-3-00)
