38. DONATIONS RECEIVED FROM PETSMART, INC. AND LISA YAKAITIS Accept monetary donations from PetSmart, Inc. of Phoenix, AZ in the amount of $1,365 and from Lisa Yakaitis of Goodyear, AZ in the amount of $300 for the care of the animals. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund (573) as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-11-068-D-00)
