40. DONATIONS FROM PETSMART CHARITIES INC, DRUSILLA WYLIE, AND MADDIE’S FUND Accept monetary donations from PetSmart Charities, Inc. of Phoenix, AZ in the amount of $395; Drusilla Wylie of Mesa AZ in the amount of $500; and, Maddie’s Fund Year Eight Subsidies of Phoenix, AZ in the amount of $14,475 for the care of the animals. Total donations received was $15,370. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund (573) as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-11-077-D-00)
