26. DONATIONS FROM VARIOUS INDIVIDUALS Accept the following monetary donations for the care of the animals from Marita Callaway of Glendale, AZ – 250, Betty Raub of Phoenix, AZ - $400, Drusilla Wylie of Mesa, AZ - $500, Cornerstone Advisors, Inc. of Scottsdale, AZ - $500; and Jeremy Laut of Tempe, AZ - $650. Donations received total $2,300. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund (573) as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-11-083-D-00)
