26. NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA CATTLE DOG RESCUE Approve an Agreement between Lorina Lopez, d.b.a. Arizona Cattle Dog Rescue, 2468 Hano Trail, Flagstaff, AZ 86001, and Maricopa County to allow Arizona Cattle Dog Rescue under the New Hope Program to rescue animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag and new owner transfer fee within the first year of rescue for each dog three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is forty-one dollars ($41) for each animal rescued. Animal Care & Control estimates 12 new hope rescues over the term of the agreement, for a total of $492. The term of this Agreement is from March 30, 2011 through June 30, 2012. (C-79-11-100-3-00)
