28. LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH HELPING ANIMALS LIVE ON (HALO) FOR DOG HOLDING SPACE Approve and execute License Agreement between Helping Animals Live On (HALO), and Maricopa County for 2,880 square feet of holding space at Maricopa County Animal Care and Control located at 2500 S. 27th Ave., Phoenix, AZ. The County shall pay all expenses pertaining to the use of the assigned space and common areas and HALO shall pay all expenses required to care for the animals. The term of the License shall commence on April 1, 2011 and terminate June 30th, 2012 with the option to renew the license for five (5) additional one (1) year terms. (C-79-11-101-3-00)
