29. AGREEMENT WITH AZ TOY BREED RESCUE FOR NEW HOPE PROGRAM Approve an Agreement between AZ Toy Breed Rescue, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation, 13418 W. Hyacinth Drive, Sun City West, AZ 85375, and Maricopa County to allow AZ Toy Breed Rescue under the New Hope Program to rescue animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag and new owner transfer fee within the first year of rescue for each dog three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is $41 for each animal rescued. Animal Care and Control estimates 36 new hope rescues over the term of the agreement, for a total of $1,476. The term of this Agreement is from May 25, 2011 through June 30, 2012. (C-79-11-115-3-00)
