36. NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH AMERICAN BULL MASTIFF RESCUE Approve an Agreement between American Bull Mastiff Rescue (formerly Citadel Bull Mastiffs and Rescue, Inc.), a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation, in Templeton, MA with an affiliated rescue, located at 5411 W Becker Lane, Glendale, AZ 85304, and Maricopa County to allow American Bull Mastiff Rescue under the New Hope Program to rescue animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag and new owner transfer fee within the first year of rescue for each dog three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is $41 for each animal rescued. Animal Care and Control estimates nine new hope rescues over the term of the agreement, for a total of $369. The term of this Agreement is from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2014. (C-79-11-121-3-00)
