48. DONATION FROM PETSMART CHARITIES Accept a monetary donation from PetSmart Charities, Inc. of Phoenix, AZ in the amount of $3,253 collected during the 2011 Phoenix PetWalk sponsored by PetSmart Charities. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-11-128-D-00)
