31. NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH NEW HOPE CATTLE DOGS, RESCUE & REHOMING, INC. Approve an Agreement between Shannon Stevens, d.b.a. New Hope Cattle Dogs, Rescue & Rehoming, Inc., P O Box 947, Gilbert, AZ 85299, and Maricopa County to allow New Hope Cattle Dogs, Rescue & Rehoming, Inc. under the New Hope Program to rescue animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag and new owner transfer fee within the first year of rescue for each dog three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is forty-one dollars ($41) for each animal rescued. Animal Care & Control estimates 18 new hope rescues over the term of the agreement, for a total of $738. The term of this Agreement is from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2014. (C-79-11-144-3-00)
