44. DONATIONS FROM GEORGE BELL AND KAREN NUNOKAWA Accept monetary donations from George Bell of Tempe, AZ in the amount of $250 and from Karen Nunokawa of Gilbert, AZ in the amount of $400 for the care of the animals. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund (573) as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-11-153-D-00)
