52. NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH FRENCH BULLDOG RESCUE NETWORK Approve an Agreement between French Bulldog Rescue Network, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation, P O Box 4764, Glen Allen, VA 23058-4764, with an affiliation in Phoenix, AZ and Maricopa County to allow French Bulldog Rescue Network under the New Hope Program to rescue animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag and new owner transfer fee within the first year of rescue for each dog three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is $41 for each animal rescued. Animal Care and Control estimates 4 new hope rescues over the term of the agreement, for a total of $164. The term of this Agreement is from August 3, 2011 through June 30, 2012. (C-79-12-009-3-00)
