31. NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA PUG ADOPTION RESCUE AND NETWORK Approve an Agreement between Arizona Pug Adoption Rescue and Network, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation, P O Box 36854, Phoenix, AZ 85067-6854, and Maricopa County to allow Arizona Pug Adoption Rescue and Network under the New Hope Program to rescue animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag and new owner transfer fee within the first year of rescue for each dog three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is $41 for each animal rescued. Animal Care and Control estimates 90 new hope rescues over the term of the agreement, for a total of $3,690. The term of this Agreement is from October 19, 2011 through June 30, 2014. (C-79-12-041-3-00)
