34. DONATION FROM PETSMART CHARITIES, INC. Accept a monetary donation from PetSmart Charities, Inc. of Phoenix, AZ in the amount of $3,440 for second quarter pet adoptions completed in the PetSmart Retail outlets. Donated funds will benefit the animals. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-12-044-D-00)
