25. NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH CAST OFF COCKERS Approve an Agreement between Michelle Carpenter, d.b.a. Cast Off Cockers, 1125 N. Nielson Street, Gilbert, AZ 85234 and Maricopa County to allow Cast Off Cockers under the New Hope Program to rescue animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag and new owner transfer fee within the first year of rescue for each dog three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is $41 for each animal rescued. Animal Care & Control estimates 48 new hope rescues over the term of the agreement, for a total of $1,968. The term of this Agreement is from November 16, 2011 through June 30, 2014. (C-79-12-057-3-00)
